Northern Jet Management

It looks like I might be interviewing with Northern Jet Management in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Does anybody have any information on the interview process such as sim ride or questions that they might ask. Also, what is the company atmosphere? i.e. Guys loving it ...or hating it...and the schedules that they run. What is a typical week or two for them on the road? Any help would be appreciated.
