You can also try airlinepilotcentral.com

AirNet is one of the better 135 freight companies in the US.

As a first year prop PIC you can expect about $2200 a month first year (13.47 an hour), at AirNet you are guaranteed 40 hrs a week.
Everybody gets a "magic" 3% merit pay increase every year, provided you didn't do something “bad” in the past year.
E.g. fail a check ride would deduct a 1.5 % of your 3%.

If you upgrade to the Lear you can expect a $4.18 increase to your hourly rate. If you stay for the Lear PIC you can expect another $5.19 when you upgrade.

Schedule is a little different from most airlines. You can expect a base assignment out of training. You will either hold a run that does the same thing every week or you can expect an 8 on 6 off rotation schedule. For the most part you will work overnight. There are day runs.

Scheduling aircraft? I'm not sure what you are asking. AirNet has Barons (BE58), Navajos (PA31), Caravans (C208) and Lear-jets (LJ-35). Most likely you will start you training in the BE58 and when you are assigned a base you may receive training on an additional aircraft (the PA31 or C208) depending on the company’s need. When you have the required seniority and have 2000 hours total time you can bid the Learjet. Upgrade time seems to stay around a 12-18 months SIC. With PIC upgrade you will need 500 hrs of AirNet Learjet time to bid PIC, along with seniority. Upgrade time seems to be anywhere from 8 to 18 months.

I've been here a while now. I like my job. There are always issues, what company doesn't have them?

Bayside Capital and AirNet recently announced intent from Bayside to purchase AirNet. If (I think it will happen) the shareholder approve it, AirNet will become a private company sometime in June/July. It seems like Bayside will provide the finances for AirNet to expand and pursue other business than the traditional banking work we have been doing for so long. It should be interesting.

GL,
