Kalitta Hiring 2008

Anyone know what the projected hiring of Kalitta will be for 2008? Are they planning on sticking to the 4000hrs? Currently I'm at a regional with only about 2600hrs/1100multi just keeping the resume up to date. Looking for any updated info on the company that's all.

Kalitta's hiring as fast as they can train, and just put out a bid for the first -400 class. Upgradetimes are presently in the order of 12 months to eighteen months, but also have a reasonably high failure rate for upgrade attempts, and I believe they're operating on the two strikes and you're out rule. First upgrade attempt has a year waiting period, second attempt is termination (I think).

I don't know about the minimums, but I believe most new-hires are in the 5,000-6,000 hour range.
