Need Opinions Pls

Hello everybody. I have to make a decision soon and i need some opinions.
Im in the last semester of getting my MBA in aviation management. The only thing i have to do is to choose between a graduate thesis or an internship. I personally prefer internship but most of the companies in the New York area dont look like they want to deal with an internship program. So i was wandering if anybody knows any companies in New York that can help. BUT worst case scenario i will do a thesis. Did anybody did a graduate thesis before? Can you give me any ideas for subjects? It sounds easy to find a subject but when you seat down to write a 100 pages paper i dont think there are enough info out there..thank you very much and i appreciate any ideas.

thanks
