Norwegian Air Shuttle Recruitment
Hi guys,
not sure whether I’m posting in the correct forum, but the one for Job&Interviews clearly states no post for Experienced Job Hunting, therefore I’ll give it a try in here.
Does anyone have any info in the NAS recruitment process, please? What to expect, questions, sim profiles?
Any info related to actual contracts, pay and patterns would be really appreciated. I know they advertise a 5/4 pattern, but is there anything else available?

Hey,
There is a thread on NAS recruitment in the Terms and Endearment section, I suggest you check that one out. 5/4 roster applies for select bases and the salary (also pension, insurance, etc) varies between these as well. When being interviewed they will give you the details.
