Hi, I'm told that Finnair operates 3-crew ULH. If that's the case, anyone got any experience of the fatigue issues? What's changed if they cut from 4 crew?

Augmented crew of 3 pilots can do up to 16hrs of Flight Duty, Heavy Crew with 4 pilots (2 capts/2 FO´s) can do up to 18hrs of Flight Duty. Assuming all the rest facilities are according to the book. On top of these long days another 3 hrs can be added in case of unforeseen changes. Hope that helps.
