NextJet

Any pilots currently flying for NextJet would like to share their experiences of this company?

I'm a FO in the company.

Salary lower wehen entering the company compared to other turboprop companies in sweden, but rises at a slightly higher pace. But a new contract is beeing negotiated now with the union.

Bases are Arlanda, Östersund, Örebro, Växjö, Kalmar, Visby and Mariehamn(finland). At inital employement at S340 fleet you will most probably not be based in ARN. However the all 4 ATPs are based in ARN so if you are lucky you can get ARN in that case!

You pay your own TR when employed (no need to have a rating at employment).

Schedule vary greatly between bases but normaly no longer stays out of base.
Minimum 10 days of/month. Minimum one 3 day weekend off or two 2 day weekends off per month.
Not commuter friendly. You should prepare to live close to your base, even though there are pilots who commute.

Overnight hotels are of good standard, at some destinations overnights are spent in rented apartments (Discussed to be changed to only hotels in new contract with union).

In general a nice and fun company to work for even though not so glamorous all the time!
