Angel ATC frekvenser, Air Force One

Heisan !

Suggestions anyone??

Thanks !

Oh well, silly me. I've been in touch with the PPRuNe moderator, and all is now well. Guess I can't blame him for deleting my post, considering it contained the root "Troll" and was looking for AF1 frequencies in a single (first) post.

But hey, this is the Nordic forum, right? "Troll" has a much longer history than its adoption into Internet slang.

Nuff said. I found the ATC frequencies I was after elsewhere. Eventually I hope to be able to contribute something around here.

Cheers all.

TT - You have an incoming PM - I'll leave you to explain the difference between "troll" and troll" to Hanguren!

Hei Hanguren, moderator was thinking of the Internet slang definition as found here: Troll (Internet) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia).

Can't really blame him under the circumstances. Here's what I later wrote to him:

"...
The first response to my initial post (that you deleted) was from Union Jack in the UK, who also encouraged me to "Google troll" - although I've been aware of the interpretation for a long time. :-) I used to own a company in the USA called Troll Technology (an oxymoron, for sure), hence the derivatives - and, naturally, "real trolls" do indeed reside here in Norway.

After some time passes, I hope the PPRuNe community will recognize that I'm actually able to contribute something (besides asking for ATC freqs for the Obama Jet :-) )"

Having waited an appropriate time to give these flights time to depart to
the west , here's an animation of their tracks across the UK
First AF1 , followed by S93 on more or less the same route , then S50050
which shot off to the SW.

uksatcomuk, very interesting, very good work, and (might I add) very respectfully handled. Thanks for sharing.

Cheers

No problems...

BTW , All three a/c were tracked using Planeplotter's multilateration system , without which of course , they would have been "invisible"
