EMA Greasy Spoon

About 15 years ago I used to go to East Midlands for my sim checks.

There used to be a really good greasy spoon near the sim centre. Does anybody know if it is still there or not?

Is this the one quite close to the large Midland (formerly Fields) hangar?

I need to check it out. It's opposite one of the last RAF buildings at Castle Don, and my dad's old workplace. If only buildings could tell stories.

I used to visit daily with my work colleagues when we were based at EMA around 2009. We affectionately knew it as "Fat Lads" - the No 3 breakfast was a sight to behold and I would be interested to know if anyone has ever managed to finish one!
