The Matterhorn is great - has won awards for it's food and ambience.... Logan Brown in Wellington has fine dining however you'd better be prepared to spend some $ if you go there....

Roti Chennai does Indian well - on Victoria Street - cheap too A friend's just put these in to boot: Capitol, Ortega and Kayu Manis..... Where Bastille's use to be in Mt Vic they do yum seafood...... And in my neck of the woods, yes a stones throw from my fav topic aviation (the airport) is the cafe Polo's also good if you like hanging out with film peeps.
