Large Transport over Church Fenton
Was that a C17 over Church Fenton about 1720 today? Looks like somebody's girl friend was on the airfield judging by the 3 exaggerated wing waggles.

Which was at Waddington before and went into Coningsby afterwards.
I did see a link on my Facebook page to some lady who got a bit surprised to see it near CF while out on her horse...
Think it was the British Horse Society Facebook page. And the replies make some amusing reading.....
She got well and truly flamed is an understatement!!

That lady has cross-posted her moan to so many pages it's easily found.
Ryther is pretty much on the extended centreline of 24/06
OK, good luck with that.
We rode through the village of Ryther towards the B1223, at 16:48 we saw a military aircraft flying very low and coming directly towards us in the direction of Leeds East Airport.
The MOD had not put up any notice of low flying aircraft, nor on the planned exercise list on its website. We will be reporting this to the MOD and the British Horse Society.
LXX Sqn A400Ms will be conducting training approaches at Cardiff, RAF Waddington and Church Fenton (Leeds East) today between 1630 and 1745 6:36 AM - 20 Oct 2017
