Dyson at Hullavington

On the local news tonight. The purchase of Hullavington by James Dyson is confirmed. Looks like 517 acres in total i.e. the whole airfield. I would have thought the site had to be offered on the open market but evidently not.
Works starting on the Technology College imminently, hangars to be refurbished by May?

Hopefully, looking at what has happened at Malmesbury the site will developed in sympathy with its past ( the gym is to the design of a blister hangar complete with red obstruction lights).Harrier gate guard perhaps?
