There appears to be no escapement from clocking on to this thread, there has been some jewels posted so far, 17 jewels to be precise. I will continue to watch what happens and see how long it takes until it sweeps to the bottom of the page, I am surprised a thread clockwise has lasted so long.

I was looking for batteries for this clock. There were none, so I wound up at a clock shop.

Propose it's time to start a movement to clock off - Hands up if someone would kindly second that.

See #48. Is it a repeater movement?

Thanks, NutLoose. It appears I died 2 years ago. Should I be worried? Am I living on borrowed time?

I must have slept through it, or failed to set the alarm clock.

B*gger that. The Death Clock says 9/11 2020. I want 12/23 2046 at least. That's a ton, and I'm anticipating a congratulatory email from King William and the pension trustees meeting and grumbling "is that old b*stard STILL drawing his pension?"
