Not a JP4 but I'd still like a go; don't think I'd be making use of the -4g though

With this thing having rather more performance than a Tutor, how come the Texan is needed? Why not go straight from Prefect to Hawk?

I'm a bit puzzled why was the PC21 not selected for the advanced TP training? The Texan seems a bit old. I know it's been updated, but it's still an old design.... I'm I missing something, was it down to cost.
