Well I wouldn't fancy her laughing gear wrapped around it Cheveron.
I suspect the General has Insulin-dependent Diabetes. The clue is the sugary drink that one of the officers gives him. If you feel the need to mock this disability then I hope you are pleased with yourselves...
As a General then there is no need for him to medically retire with Diabetes as he will be likely working in an office environment.
