ISTR that before this Tim there was another who trained as a Cosmonaut, but ended up as the backup to that nice Ms Sharman from the Mars factory. If this Tim is as good as Maj Mace then we couldn't have sent someone better into space. Very best wishes from another ex-Junior Service member... even if there was a Royal Air Force before there was an Army Air Corps, the latter has produced more qualified space travellers than the other services combined
