RAF Boulmer SAR

Hi,
I'm currently a cadet and I'm going to Boulmer on camp in late August, and I was wondering whether it will have lost its Sea Kings by then? I know they have already started to be phased out at Lossiemouth, but I can't find a date for retirement at Boulmer, if anyone knows anything it would be appreciated (I'm quite fond of the things as I nearly got a flight in one at camp at RAF Valley in 2012 with Flt Lt Wales as the pilot, but it got cancelled due to low cloud!)

Cheers,
Tom

Not sure if there is an official end date for the Sea Kings at Boulmer but the current plan is end of September timeframe for SAR duties to cease. Based on that schedule, you should be fortunate enough to have the Sea King still in service when you visit in August.
