Airman Aircrew Service Record
I seem to remember there were 2 RAF forms, broadly, the 'airman' one, and the 'aircrew' one.
Would anyone know the form numbers from the 80s? I'm minded to send for mine, and the form asks you to be as specific as you can be. Ta.
AL1: I think the airman one was the F6442- I seem to remember the aircrew one had a 3 in it! F360? F3600? Help!

Old age catching up with you when you can't remember what you did and where you did it
Though would be good framed in the medal office to read when working it out

The airman's Record of Service was the F280. The F6442 was the Annual Confidential Report.
Wracking the brain, what's left of it, at the moment but can't recall the AA equivalent.
