Tossing salad was never a good idea as you need to dodge the fall out

McMartin and McBaker's first successful zero-zero trial. The crew assist only the pilot to escape. Successfully integrated into British V-bombers many years later.

This one's just about run its course I think!
Some excellent entry's (including Nutloose).
