Devil WSOp Pay Banding

Looks like we will all be on the same pay band from April 2006, so removing inequality of FS/ MALM ALMs being on the low pay band when everyone else is on high. However will we all be high, or could everyone come down to low or a new intermediate level. Discuss.

There has been another review going on over the last few months, and although I have not heard of any decisions regarding the outcome, I would suggest that the LMs would move up to high band, rather than everyone else dropping.

I am sure that there are some readers here who were directly involved in the review and may have more information on when any decisions will be made public.

I do not think that even the RAF would let the bean-counters downband us again at this moment in time, but then again .....

Hope it's true that our LM oppo's are up banded.

I'm an FE and I never could fathom why they didn't make it all equal.

Spend, spend, spend fellas
