Don’t go there!
If I can give you an advice.... Don’t go there!
The financial situation ist not good at privat Air, the administration in Portugal is not capable of dealing with problems, procedures seem to be very complicated or the company is just hiding behind them. If you are offered an offshore contract it doesn’t mean that you are getting it, some cases had to fight a lot because the broker didn’t want to issue the contacts. Money was late an the management doesn’t really car. I am not talking about 2 days but 9-11 days.
You are fighting for everything in this company!
They will tell you that commuting is business but this is only a “gentlemen agreement”, if you end up in economy that’s it.... but even worse some guys were flying on the jump seat from Saudi to Germany for their days off!!!
Training is Good though but the standard on line is below average.
If you have the choice and you want to go to Middle East try Flyadeal with commuting roster and A320 or if you even want to move there look at the Gulf Airlines.
