The "border wall" should be build around these ME Caliphs. Leave them alone, let them kill each other. They fight a war since more than 1.300 years and they are about to put the world on fire. A sword dance is of no help.

Prime example of a really ignorant comment!

Only around 12% of Qatar's population is Qatari. Bahrains population consists of less than 50% Bahraini. UAE has around 9 million people, of which around 1.4 million are UAE nationals. Saudi? who cares as nobody wants to live there unless its to earn good money.

My comment is about REAL everyday people. Governments, will (eventually) do what these everyday people demand.

Oh, they are not Caliphates, but Kingdoms and States in their own right, and have existed much longer than many western nations. USA for example being amongst the youngest. (Unless you are a native American indian of course)

Before I get flamed for this, I lived in Bahrain for almost 10 years as a (non practising) christian with no issues. Ever.

Build a wall?... Around what? The place where you get gasoline, gas and diesel from?

Anyway - back on topic. For those affected by whats happening (especially in Qatar) can you give us all an honest update other than what we are seieng on BBC, CNN etc??

Thanks in advance.

Great question Justforfun.

But I guess they are also in fear of prison unless they write that everything is normal and the happiness is increasing.

Which explains all along why there were limited (ex QR) to no negative posts on QR.

And people fell for it.

Now ...not a whisper

Nobody should be worried, just follow the advice of the new joiners and take out as many loans you can get and invest in properties, I am sure it will pay off

What chance a Kerala labourer on US$150 a month rising up against any government? Two hopes: Bob and none.

You put your finger on it with Saudi: it's all about the money. Forget politics.
