what is wrong with banana?
So here is the skinny to all those budding pilots, join if you:
-think turboprop, commercial license pilots know more than exhausted, 15 year ATP wide-body pilots
-like flying 115 hrs a month
-enjoy 6-7 days off a month
-appreciate min rest of 16hrs between flights
-enjoy 4 sector days
-expect no promised leave for 3 yrs running
-remember no pay rise for 5 yrs in light of 10% annualized inflation
-want to call sick and lose days off
-report sick less than 2 hrs before flight and get deducted 1800 aed
-ever call sick and lose command opportunity
-are willing to wait 7 years for command
-think of limitations as targets
-enjoy bidding for 7 options and getting 1
-being told to be reasonable and expected to bend duty rules
What kind of lunatics are watching the ship sink with 50 experienced pilots leaving a month and the only improvement is early roster publication??
