EK- AKL

Wonder if any of the 'super' guys could answer this for me-

With the recent upgrade of AKL to the 380, what's the fuel burn difference between the first 3 hours compared to the last 3 hours? And same with the 77L?

Only out of interest really. Many thanks

Rough guess on 380. 15t/hr trending towards 12t/hr.

Usually towards the end of a ULR the burn is around 180 kg/min. That's just over 10 tonnes per hour... From memory I would say 220 kg/min early on in the flight so just over 13 tonnes per hour to kick off.
