I'm gonna get through interns pilot in Air-arabia untill getting ATPL license, A320 , 1500Hrs.

After this process, Can I get the pilot job in middle east easily?
Or Is it possible to be recruited in Europe or other country's first officer?

If possible, what kind of airlines would be advantageous to be promoted from first officer to Captain?

If you are thinking of one of the large UAE carriers (e.g EK, FD or the unmentionable) you will be in the same position as anyone with an ICAO ATPL, you make the minimum requirements for application, but will have to go through the selection process.

With 1500HRS on type you will meet the minimum requirements for some operators. Still interview and sim check is mandatory..

@Aiza In the MPL programme, you also get an ATPL after 1500 hours (in Europa at least).
so MPL is like a frozen-ATPL.
