Pilot fatigue - BBC

In case anyone here was not aware of fatigue as it relates to aviation safety. 😉😎

Good to see a mainstream media outlet recognizes the issue as news worthy.

Problem is, this article is 4 years old and the lessons written in blood still go unheeded.
Rostering practice, encouraged by the accountants, is still woefully ignorant of the fatigue issues and aimed at FTL being a target rather than an absolute limit.

Attention to detail? Not so much! I just saw the Oct 11 not the 2012 when I looked at the date. D'oh!!

You are correct though that it is an issue the industry doesn't want to deal with effectively.
