Exactly , wich airline ? Make sure you are not targeting the one everybody is escaping from right now....you might regret it and if you don't your family will....

Dalmus. After reading this forum, even a blind man can tell you that leaving a good job in your own country to come to EK will be an unmitigated disaster. I assume it's EK given all the truth written here and the fact you haven't mentioned which company. Apologies if I am wrong. I'm so much happier after leaving. Do yourself a huge favour and re-read some of the 330 threads and read anything written by donpizmeov, flion, Gulf News and a few others. AS told me and several others to help with recruitment by telling our friends to come. One of my colleagues told him "I want to keep my friends!!" The management are amoral, dishonest and lie as they breathe. Do yourself a favour. Build up your hours and watch as EK becomes Gulf Air 2.

Ha ha...dear all,
Sounds like everyone is having a hard time over there. Anyway, i did, I read all the thread here already. that's terrifying. But Thank you very much for your advice tho. ha ha... honestly, EK is not the one i'm targeting, so please don't worry. However, as a junior crew, just reached the minimum requirement for certain companies, instead of considering the issue u guys are concerning, I'm just looking for a way to experience this industry more instead of a job giving me a stable life. Anyway, thx for the interesting info.

There is absolutely nothing funny here. We are all very serious when we say stay away. EK is rapidly making a lot of screw ball changes. At a very minimum I would wait until the dust settles before committing 5 years of your life to a company that has no solid judgment and appears incapable of making even remotely sound decisions. I don't care how few hours you have. Look elsewhere.

You ask for help for interview prep but don't list the airline, give snotty half thought out statements. Apply for management, as you will not pass any pilot assessment in the ME as psych or logic will trip you up.
Way too many bitter people. Good dalmus. A search should give you plenty of info for both QR and SV.
