Nothing like being forced to complete hours of online safety training only to be told:

"Lastly, please bear in mind that "AIRCRAFT REG" does not require flight attendants to legally operate, thus as stated in OM E (c) you are known as an in-flight service crew (and this is why you don’t need a current license), therefore flight and duty periods are not applicable to you."

No one has been paid. All the employees that resigned earlier this year are still waiting for money. VVIP Crew can back that statement up.

Riyadh compound legal case still ongoing, compound still not paid.

Crew Insurance has been downgraded to a lower level ( and it wasn't great to begin with) soon a packet of plasters and a box of (no name) ibuprofen will be all that's offered.

Yet the CEO and chairman are still using company jets for business travel.....

Outstanding catering and handling bills everywhere. One catering company got so desperate they emailed all the cabin crew. They were only paid when they threatened to involve the authorities next time a Nexus plane flew to that country.

MANY more crew waiting to tell their story on pprune but are currently unable to for various reasons. Stay tuned when they do though, it's a hell of a story.

I am sorry to hear this. It looks as if my aircraft was sold at the right time, I was eventually paid my severance, only losing out on some personal possessions.

I note that he hasn't been online since you posted this. I'd be willing to put money on him starting a new profile to lurk from, all the while thinking how clever he is for doing so.

I'd say you are correct. That is how he operates.

Noticed that they operated 2 aircraft into Riyadh yesterday, so they are still in operation.

The 2 few that remain! I can confirm that none of the crew that have left since April have been paid. Since it is some 10 crew, you can imagine how much it totals. Even more disappointing are the small catering operators, ground staff, hotels etc who are contacting us personally to get paid. The Chief Pilot will be sure to sell you a wonderful story to join.....but I really do feel for you. We all welcome you a few months after your start date on this very thread - we will be happy to hear your experience and continue to warn others.
How very dare us be upset about not being paid...... Meanwhile, the CEO continues to try take the company public! If you're reading dear, I'll take the money you owe me in shares - either way, they're worth nothing

If you happen to be a prospective CL850 f/o doing your research, there's probably enough here already to send you running for the hills. However, if you need further incentive to stay away, Nexus, being the class act that it is, hasn't told the person you're replacing they are getting shoved out the door. He knows of course, because unless you are related to the CEO, or happy being a big fish in a small (dirty) pond, you're checking job pages daily. Like me, he will probably be fired whilst out of the country to avoid actually having to pay him.

The same happened with me, except my plane was sold while I was on holiday. fortunately, I knew the plane was for sale through other sources, well beforehand and had made arrangements accordingly. Nexus tried to get me to come back and take an office job in order to get me to sign a new contract so they wouldn't have to pay severance on my current contract. It was fun for a couple of weeks to see their reaction to my offers. As my Grandfather used to say " I may have been born yesterday, but I stayed up all f@#$%*n night studying!"

OH MY GOD !!!!
This old GIV as you said was supposed to be managed by your company ( the one you're supposed to be outstanding chief pilot, 24h a day on phone, bending over and over to solve problems and improve things ... )
It was but so poorly managed that finally the owner decide to leave and told you. As an answer your company completely stop to manage the aircraft ( while the aircraft was still on contract ) and stop all due maintenance ..
This story happens after a link was put on the aircraft while in a maintenance facility because of an outstanding bill .....Then the plane was stopped for 3 weeks, and all trips planned for the owner was cancelled ...
This is your outstanding management ....

More important is the complete lack of Aviation Safety culture due to a large lack of experience of managing staff.

DO flew Cesna 172 in flight school and was involved and catch in illegal charter flight ( He was FO at that time )

CP ( freefly_rulz ) has no experience of large aircraft, absolutely zero knowledge about human Factor and CRM ( not speaking about his very poor flying skills .... ) and think he can solve all problems with threatening email and stupid and not needed training..... And more interesting, now, he is flying an F/O in an Airbus .... Interesting cockpit composition.. Capt on left, F/O on the right but Chief pilot .... ( threatening you not to pay your per Diem because you're late in your EFB training .... )
Plus i have a serious doubt about his real flight time .....

India branch is so weak that they are not able to provide work certificate to people who request it .... When they don't try to screw the crews with fake contracts ..... And i am not speaking about the aircraft maintenance management ....

After that , you can choose to do what ever you want ..... Join or not.....
But at least, you know.

All of the Nexus crews in Riyadh were just evicted from their living accommodation because Nexus hasn't paid the compound for a very long time. 24 days to vacate the premises. I guess Nexus must have a cash flow problem...And it's going to get worse soon. If you value being paid on time and accommodation with a roof over your head, and running water, this company isn't for you.

Stay away from Nexus Flight Operation Services

To be honest I feel sorry for all the employees of this company.
My self and other three Flight Attendants who resigned an YEAR ago, never received our final payments despite the fact that we been sending lots of emails and called the Office in the end they stop to responding
For a company who claims it the Best Middle East Private Operater it only smoke and mirrors .
Lets not forget the so called "Manager" of the project who has zero flying experience..... she is acting like "Chief Pilot", Grooming Manager , Training Manager actually as per my experience she was running the company .

Dear all VIP Cabin Crew I am giving you an advice to stay out of this company, even if you do not have any other option at the moment it not worth the experience .
She is playing the" perfect " human being or Manager and once you joined you will resigned in two weeks time , we had a few cases .

Well i will be more than happy to assist with any information.

Happy Landings !!!!!!
