Avenger.

What type of information is that? Your own conclusion or a real fact from QR?
I am asking because I have no joining date for now and I did
the assessment last year in December and if all
Courses are full, that means for me, I have to do the assessment again?!?
Is the assessment only valid for 12 months? And if I don't get a joining date in that period I have to do the assessment again? Is that for sure?

Maybe someone knows it?

Anyone knows if the Qatar Medical guys accept a lantern-test certificate? I won´t be able to pass the Ishihara plates.

Is there any specific office I can contact regarding this question?

Thank you!

GCAA is not the regulatory agency for Qatar. Best to try QCAA for results.

80.87 Yes sorry my mistake, but basically the same procedures .

QCAR–MED 225 - COLOUR PERCEPTION

(b) An applicant shall have normal perception of colours or be colour safe. Applicants who fail Ishihara’s test shall be assessed as colour safe if they pass extensive testing with methods acceptable to the designated body or institution (anomaloscopy or colour lanterns – see paragraph 2 Appendix 14 to Subpart B).
(c) An applicant who fails the acceptable colour perception tests is to be considered colour unsafe and shall be assessed as unfit.

I'd explain my situation here to see if anyone is going through the same? I'm A320 type rated FO who did interview in november last year. was in the holding pool and early mar 2017 got an email from QR for a joining "slot" in August for A320. Note, this is an email and no formal offer letter yet.
As of end april, I am still awaiting the offer letter although the QR team mentioned to bear with them. Anyone had any similar experience given a "start month" but no official DOJ?
Hi eagle 747..
Did you got the offer letter for July 2017. I am also told to join on A320 in July..

Greetings, this is my first mail though I've read this forum for some time,...

Is anyone able to share some "good" information about the waiting time for people in the talent pool?

My case, passed the assessment in mid January, FO A320.

Many thanks!
