Jazeera Airways

A low cost airline in Kuwait
There is A local person trying to run the operation
Not following any rules himself
Do as I say and not as I do
Promising a lot but in reality nothing
Already under stuffed and overworked with no extra pay
Manny captains and first officers leaving this year
If you have a chance to go somewhere else GO

That's how That outfit is since day 1.You work when other people don't....annual leave when they want you to go...Go there with 2 buckets...leave when either of the 2 gets full.No rights...you are an highly paid slave ,that's how shakeera air sees you since it sponsors you.Do they still upgrade there? They produced one of of the worst so called skippers the aviation history knows about.he could have been promoted only there...No airline with a basic minimum CRM concept (CRM gents...that thing that saves hundred of lives if something goes wrong)would hire this big funny clown...other tHan because of mercy.Hey pharaoh are you still ballshooting the poor guy who has to fly with you today?say hello to your chubby buddy Hahahaha...these phenomena are the example of what could lie behind an airplane crash. But I am Sure that now they are behaving nicely under the Kuwaitis right pharaoh? If they kick you out like they did with your buddy you are going to be desperate...
Cheers KEMPE

1- Never, I said never, join on this big bull****.

They fly totally out of Airbus Sop, they created their own strange Sop and they think that's the only and right way to fly an A320 in the universe.

Kuwaiti people are arrogant, if Pilot so, they think they are Gods.

A lot of stupid and dumb Captains.

You'll fly 90 hours/month or above.

All other statements above are correct.

****This is a money laundry airline.

They started before Qatar, Air Arabia, Flydubai and they still have 7 A320.

You'll stagnant there for many years... they will not grow, never, and rarely they will offer a command upgrade for you if you're not Arabe.

Do you really think management there knew that the consultants they hired to come up with a livery had no idea what they were talking about?
