Puff you need to find a way out if you can. I can tell from your posts that Dubai/EK has finally got to you. It's irreparable...

Seriously you've reached the tipping point and need to break free, be it for less money or whatever. Think about your health (mental and pysical) and do yourself and your family a favour and take the leap.

The jobs at home (albeit for less money) are finally becoming available again. You won't regret it. You'll feel human again.

Hope you manage to stop the rot any further, keep your chin up!

Agree with Good Cat. Puff you're posts are an irritation showing an inability to cope on your part. They ceased being a serious contribution a long time ago. Sanity comes before everything else. Pull the pin!

Well actually no, I wasn't saying that I find Puff's posts irritating.

I was showing genuine concern for a colleague with possible demotivation/depression.

At some point everyone out here reaches the stage where the bucket is full and it's essential to recognize this for your own wellbeing.

If there is no alternative accept things and focus on the small things in life away from work.

If you have the opportunity to leave then cut your losses, take the salary hit and improve your health and happiness - as well as that of your family's. There's more to life than money....

Go n-éirí an bóthar leat

Anyone know how I could get an invitation to the PSP event in the roadshow? I have already applied and I understand I need to be invited for this event. But where to send an email regarding this?

If the recruiters think you are suitable they will invite you to the PSP. An email to 'them' will not make any difference...
