Yet another useless survey
Someone in the bouncy castle must have stroken a good deal with a survey company...
Within 6 month survey nr 3 for useless group-world....
Why don't they do a survey about work conditions?
How do you feel about 95h?
Do you like our condenscending management style?
How does your Fleetchief communicate?
Have you ever felt tired or fatigued?
Do you think special Tickets are of your benefit or the benefit of the company?
Ever seen the company lying to you?
Please ad....

I think this is case of too little too late for many, including me.
Where is the Pay Review?
Communications are a problem but not THE problem.
Even throwing thousands of AED at us, highly unlikely, will not alter the fact that we , drivers airframe and trolley pushers, are all totally knackered, all the time.
Until that issue is addressed any communication from EK gets filed under junk mail.
I think this is case of too little too late for many, including me.
Where is the Pay Review?

The time it took for the company to publish any statement on the passing of Sir MF, says all there needs to say about the agility and overall effectiveness of the internal communications system within EK.
