Turkish roadshow

Anyone have the skinny on the Turkish roadshow in the UAE?

Looks like some of the Chinese carriers are headhunting in DXB as well and offering commuting rosters.

Hint hint AAR?

Commuting? Hahahaha Habibi! it's been said lots of times before, never going to happen at EK, even friendlier rosters. It doesn't play to the Arab mentality of paranoia and control, you are after all a "lazy pilot" who steals days off. if you don't like it leave.
As a general observation, there would most likely be a 50/50 split of those want to/not wanting to commute due to various differing nationality priorities and profiles, and has been written previously, it could be done at little or no cost, there wouldn't even need to be basings.
Will never happen though, too much control and face stands to be lost lest it be a good idea and basically stop the retention problems

I guess Turkish will be need a couple of more pilots (Though it does look like they have reduced their A320 numbers)

Accident: THY A320 at Istanbul on Apr 25th 2015, hard landing, go-around, engine problem, gear problem, gear collapse, runway excursion

Don,....

From the pics it seems that the right wing might need some patches of Highspeed Tape...
Other than that, bit of oil in the right engine and off she goes...
