Qatar Airways Bidding System!
Hey all.
This is serious.
Does ANYONE out there know how this new Qatar Airways monthly bidding system works.
I have tried various combinations. Bidding low points and more flights, high points low flights etc. But I never get what I request for. And rarely get what I like.
Does it work for anyone...?!

You will get on average 40% satisfaction on your requests if you are flexible with the dates and is not asking for high demand flights. So yes, you will be always 60% not pleased with your roster every month. That's how it is for most of us.

Unfortunately, that's exactly what I'd heard.
However my satisfaction rate has been more on the likes of 5-10 %. On average.
And nowhere close to your 40 %.
Anyplace where I can learn more about this bidding process.

King,
It also depends on which fleet you're on. Guys on the Boeing fleets are getting fairly decent rosters, can't really speak for Airbus WB, and can only assume the worst for 320 crews.
There is a bidding guide on the bidding portal that will give you a little bit of info on how to bid.
