UK Approved ELP Examiner
I am having the usual nightmare with the CAA in the UK.
They are refusing to accept my GCAA ELP Level 6. So I found an EASA approved ELP examiner in Silicon Oasis called Jetstream Aviation, I paid 1000dhs for the privilege only to be told that this was also not acceptable by the CAA
Does anyone know if there is a CAA/UK examiner in Dubai who can do the test and will be accepted by the CAA.
Its getting exhausting now!! I was born and raised in the UK!!!
Additional points are that I don't go back to the UK and have no plans to in the future etc...
Thanks in Advance

You have 2 options,
1. Bid/get a UK flight ( if your company flies to UK ) and get it done for a fraction of what you paid.
2. Pay another 1000 for UK approved examiner in Dubai, there's one EK captain that is UK CAA approved. I can forward the details if you like.

Which one are you talking about the 330 english Captain or 380 irish one?
Currently no solution to renew in the UAE, I have IAA licence, IAA doesn't accept online test like the CAA (used to accept them)
Only option for me so far, get a LHR layover and go to CAE oxford or if Dublin get the 380 beg for the layover and manage booking a test with an examiner there.
If any one find a better option please share.
Thanks
