EK SFI/SFE

Gents

Please can any current EK Trainers give an indication of the experience level of applicant for the above roles.Are EK recruiting any SFI/SFE's who are not rated on current EK types ?

Any info on the package ? Can't find anything on website.

I dont know the answer, but WHY would they recruit an instructor why is not rated on the aircraft.
Thats like having a dentist professor do brain surgery.. Super skilled guy but doing the wrong job
