QR Education Allowance

I'm trying to determine education allowance for Qatar Airway's pilots. Specifically, how much do they provide in Riyals for 3 kids. Anyone?

Education allowance

1 Kid= 50000Qr
2 Kids= 75000Qr
3 Kids= 105000Qr

Enough for 3 kids in a regular british school, unless you want an American school or Doha college, then you'll need extra U$ 1000 a month/son and it does not worth it. They are as good/bad as any other.
