Hi loc22550, and thanks for your answer:
Please, re-read my post untitled "The Power of Symbols and the Seat Belt". Once you finish, read it again and again until you end up memorizing it. After that, try to convince yourself that TOGA LOCK is totally right. That this guy holds in his hands the solution to the problems that we experience in this company.
No, please, don't do that. This is just an example. It is an illustration of what I mean when I say "Word Black Magic". Sometimes, we keep on repeating things we hear or read until they become almost an unquestioned truth, although they sound, and sometimes are, completely appalling and farfetched. Ponder the following statements:
True: "A captain was fired only for asking for Evian water".
False: "A captain was fired only for asking for Evian water".
Maybe: "A captain was fired only for asking for Evian water".
If you read the three statements, which one is the most plausible, or at least, puts you in an inquisitive frame of mind?
Maybe should be the lens we use to analyze and interpret everything we hear. And this is the point I am trying to make with my posts. Don't get carried away. Don't let the ball become bigger...
To wrap it up, I am no authority on how to solve this, and I can only say: "I don't know, I don't have one bit of a clue, I wouldn't even know how to start". My voice is just an opinion, of which, some my find a certain amount of things that resonate as plausible, and of which, some might find that is utter nonsense.
Nevertheless, I find that, at least in my case, I seem to tolerate the reality of everyday a lot better just by sticking to these three principles: "Is it useful, does it concern me directly, is it good news and it will not hurt someone else?". If the answer is NO, I generally don't open my mouth (granted, lately I am incredibly silent

), and I don't waste my energy.
Cheers, and Blue Side Up!
