Didn't really understand the first sentence but no; not trying to impress. The aircraft types are just plain facts; as for the Latin, did it at school and like wisdom and humour in some of the saying. P.S. There are lots of people on PPRuNe with Latin mottos, do they cause your fingers to fly to the keyboard also?

There was This time where we flew to CMB. After 1 month, got a roster change : « Meeting » !
Ok, Well, let’s go and see what this meeting is about. Finally, not only me who was there but all the rest of the cabin crew on that particular flight. A300 that time. Something got to be wrong ! All of us in CCM office, and here he comes with his dish dash, close the door, look at us if we were criminals and started to say that it has been brought to his attention that during that layover, during a dinner we got with the other crew set, we’ve been talking about him, about the airline, about the management and so on, showing us even photographs of the otter crew members, asking us if we know them personally. The funny thing is that we didn’t even pronounce his name, or talked about anything he was referring to during our dinner. I was very new in the airline that time, and right from there I set the tone to my self, as I was very shocked on how come things like these could happen and fly from CMB to DOH ? Of course later on, I understood. And as I got to understand more and more later, I focused on just taxiing along the yellow line, not taking there rubbish seriously, and not giving them a single chance to try shoot me. It worked !
Bottom line : Keep taxing straight, and let them drink all there evian, eat all there nuts and orange juice. Flying should be kept above there kiddish and stupid tactic.

Any solutions to make thinks BETTER.....???
Hi loc22550, and thanks for your answer:

Please, re-read my post untitled "The Power of Symbols and the Seat Belt". Once you finish, read it again and again until you end up memorizing it. After that, try to convince yourself that TOGA LOCK is totally right. That this guy holds in his hands the solution to the problems that we experience in this company.

No, please, don't do that. This is just an example. It is an illustration of what I mean when I say "Word Black Magic". Sometimes, we keep on repeating things we hear or read until they become almost an unquestioned truth, although they sound, and sometimes are, completely appalling and farfetched. Ponder the following statements:

True: "A captain was fired only for asking for Evian water".
False: "A captain was fired only for asking for Evian water".
Maybe: "A captain was fired only for asking for Evian water".

If you read the three statements, which one is the most plausible, or at least, puts you in an inquisitive frame of mind? Maybe should be the lens we use to analyze and interpret everything we hear. And this is the point I am trying to make with my posts. Don't get carried away. Don't let the ball become bigger...

To wrap it up, I am no authority on how to solve this, and I can only say: "I don't know, I don't have one bit of a clue, I wouldn't even know how to start". My voice is just an opinion, of which, some my find a certain amount of things that resonate as plausible, and of which, some might find that is utter nonsense.

Nevertheless, I find that, at least in my case, I seem to tolerate the reality of everyday a lot better just by sticking to these three principles: "Is it useful, does it concern me directly, is it good news and it will not hurt someone else?". If the answer is NO, I generally don't open my mouth (granted, lately I am incredibly silent ), and I don't waste my energy.

Cheers, and Blue Side Up!

At least he didn't sack the lot of you!

I can't stand AAB. Come to think of it, I can't stand SK either. He should be sent home to Ceylon but I doubt very much that he's welcome there.
