Since Hogie and his clowns took over, there has never been any good news. The latest 'good news', no bonus for 2009, only for the guys who sit in the office doing sweet FA and have their whole family employed at etihad

Roadshows are for those who are told by management that they MUST attend. Waste of time.

My recent CM was forced to go as she was in training. She told me that Hogie spent 30 minutes blasting them about their lousy service, to followed up by Miya doing the same.

Told them that everyone else in the company was going the extra mile and pulling their weight but that the CC where a dissapointment. Wonder what he would say to the pilot's if he had the balls.

"Inspired Service" how about inspiring leadership to motivate your employee's to achieve your goals.

Why would I ever attend a roadshow on my day off, he has nothing to say to interest me.

Nothing to say about...

Pension
Rostering
Pay
etc

Funny, they boast about all the awards for best this and best that....especially for Best Business class. I wonder who makes the Business class the best? Hogie? Or... the Cabin Managers that were blasted. Hmmmmmmmmmm

Yes! Many vacant 320-positions. Anybody attending the roadshow got one.
What a pity you weren't there.

Except for recruiting 320 f/o's the roadshow's are a waste of time. Hogey and all his other cronie's get up there and spew more and more bulls#$t.
The planes are falling apart, morole is in the toilet, OTP is pathetic, more and more VP's and EVP's being appointed all the time... The sooner this clown leaves and goes back to selling used cars the better. Of course that won't happen until he destroys this airline like he has every other one he has worked for.

So are they recruiting 320 FO's nowadays?
I am in the holding pool awaiting a date and was wondering as it would indicate that they probably think that the pool would be empty soon.

Planes falling apart...Morale in the toilet...are you sure about that
The picture is a lot better at EY than the outlook for some of our European/American counterparts!

No payrise/school fee increase is a pain!
VP appointments are out of hand...just look at some of the titles!....these guys are the the real deadwood...useless waste of space!

Mate, I believe you meant hogie & his cockroaches. But believe me the biggest cancer & roach of them all is the see see oohhh pb, he's the biggest damn jerk ever. And what adds insult to injury is that these guys think they're doing a great job, while, as one quite rightly said they're destoyoing the airline. It's a real shame! wish the new sheikhs realise that & give them all their marching orders!

Get a sense of humor! Of course no one was offered a 320 position.

Actually, confusion comes from the fact that I thought it was a roadshow done in the same fashion as those which are used to recruit and present the companies to potential applicants. like the ones they did in the US last summer.
it appears that the lastest one was a presentation done for employees. I asked if it was a recruiting event but nobody answered except for the sarcastic comment from Nightfire which was confusing.
No worries!
