Need Oman Air Information

Does anyone have current info on:

1. T&C's
2. Roster
3. General working conditions.
4. Taking family to Muscat--Schools etc (American/British).
5. Cost of living and cost of decent housing (4 bedroom/3bath).
6. Overnights or mostly day trips?
