How Easy to switch companies in U.A.E

Can anyone tell me how easy to move from one company to an other in the U.A.E, mainly from EY to EK , any company restrictions or government from either or.
I don't work for neither , but I really want to know if I started with EY and later was offered a job with EK.
your inputs are very appreciated.

No poaching agreement between EY & EK now don't have details but it covers the bond period only I think. No poaching agreement between QR & EK also. Other companies no problems.

Why dont you go straight to EK?
Whatever you do, be careful, it is a small world...
Jumping ship from one carrier to another especially in the UAE (or within the Gulf in general), that is a problem!
Do it right or dont !

NTM I agree why not wait for the EK slot don't risk causing problems. If you join EY and are bonded you will have to wait 3 years. EK are better with better housing. Then again jumping ship from other airlines in the UAE is no problem if not bonded. Loads leave Air Arabia for Etihad and Qatar for Etihad. Also if you resign first from Qatar then EK will interview you. EK & EY will be extra happy to take you if you have an Emirates licence and come from a small company with Middle East experience.
