UAE Free lance contract

Hi,
I'm looking for information regarding free lance contracts with UAE corporate operators (contract and pay structure as main issues).
Any info would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Well this would concern light corporate aircrafts such as the CJ1...
I would be interested to know if I could have kind of part time free lance activities while keeping a second part time occupation.
Thanks
