So if I understand...
If I work there for 27 years then you would not get the gratuity if you provident fund had performed to a certain standard?

Thanks

Well in the past year, my two top funds have given me about 14%. I put in money to the C fund, also and have a medium risk strategy. I have been here over 8 years, and have a course mate who has done nothing with his fund, and has the square root of bugger all in his fund.
Also, when the banks weren't lending, I gave myself a nice loan for a car at 0% interest from the provident fund.

Get the nice Towers Watson app and see what happens daily!

Your choices Habibis.
