Initial Class 1 with OML

Hi All,

From my research, I can find no current EASA regulations that would prevent an initial Class 1 being issued with an OML, however I am conscious that these rules are subject to individual member state interpretation and application. With that in mind:

1) In the last 3 years, have you or anyone else you have known of, been issued with an initial Class 1 with OML by the CAA.

2) Are there any other EASA member states, who as a matter of course, would issue an initial Class 1 with OML.

Many thanks!

Hi,

I was issued an initial class one with OML back in 2005, I was the first one in the U.K. To have it issued.

I'm not sure of the rules now, but back then the UK issued me mine.

Good luck and hope that helps a bit.

Class One Medical

I think that the INITIAL ISSUE under EASA must be restriction free.

They have moved on from JAR.

Consult the regulator.
