hi can any one answer a question please

how long before the expiry of a EASA medical can you get a new medical exam and what date will it start ?the medical date or the expiry of old certificate date

If you renew 45 days or less before the expiry date it expires on the same date.

But if you renew earlier it assumes the new date as the reference for expiry.
