Itchy Scrotum.
I have developed an itch by the side of my balls, the sort of itch that is a fantastic pleasure to relieve, but ultimately an itch that is becoming a little too regular. I haven't had it before, and haven't been hanging around local railway stations or boys bogs.
When i scratch i get the feeling of welts even before i have scratched. The sort of welts you obtain from vigorous arse scratching with. My wife has had a good look round and it sounds like it feels worse than it looks! I am overweight and wash daily. Just a little concerned by its regularity.
EDIT: A little thought before posting in forces style would not go amiss! I have done one.

I think you have bus/truck drivers complaint! In the states they call it Jock Itch....Canestan do a cream that will brighten your life dramatically overnight. The NET is your friend in these issues. Hope this helps

Could also be fungal, is it only around the nuts or also in the armpit area?
Might just be dry skin from soaping whilst showering and not rinsing/drying properly.
I'd consult the doc as well as the net, he's your friend too.
