AME's at airfields where I can land

Does anyone know if there are any AME's in the South UK who can be visited by helicopter?

Stapleford airfield. A PPR will be required and you can visit Dr Orton.

A spare pilot might be useful too, in case you don’t pass the medical 🙂

A few months ago yes. But might want to check his website first. Not doing CAA medicals presently and so the Stapleford stuff seems to have stopped.

Dr Rob Simpson works at Coventry on a Tuesday (not sure if every Tuesday).

I've just had to transfer to him, due to Dr Orton not currently conducting CAA medicals, and he's been good so far.

There’s an AME available at White Waltham. Give them a call for details.

There’s also a helicopter school so someone can drive you home if you fail.
