OK it's only Tuesday, but I'm licking my lips at the prospect of a nice run down to Wales & a blooming great big fly-in at Abergavenny. Mrs. Punter doesn't much fancy the idea of strapping an oversized kite to her ar$e, so I've got a visa to go out with the lads & get lashed into the bargain!
Maybe a BBQ on the beach at Bournemouth, weather permiting. Fly if anyone needs instruction (anyone out there fancy a lesson at Bournemouth Airport?), perhaps a bit of writing on a manual I am trying to work put together.
Shame I am missing the heli fly-in at Weston. Enjoy it under-exposed.
Everyone is doing something fun I'll just be filling out application forms and I can't even get p!ssed cos I'm on antibiotics and I bet it will rain all weekend. I'm such a happy person
G-ALAN, Don't kill yourself over that. I have been trying to become "gainfully" employed since I failed my medical some months ago. It's hard, but not the end of the world. I am fortunate that I'm still able to maintain an income today which I am gratefull for.
Look at the bright side. You (probably) live in a country with freedom of speech and if you are reasonably healthy................(antibiotics?)............ Also, you will get the rain we have been looking for since March!
Removing the hammock ropes and changing them to bungee's.
LADY G. let him nod off in the hammock but we'll use bungee's instead of rope. When he's asleep, towrope on the hammock pull back and fire the blighter out of the garden!
I already have a job, It's just really crappy and I bloody despise it with passion! I'm trying hard to get out and break into aviation line of work. I do live in a good country mindyou, there is no where else I would rather be than the UK, even though it has all its faults it's still the best country in the world, I'm proud to be British (ducks to avoid the on comming projectiles) And antibiotics, I have a chest infection that's why (cough cough )
