Well, the big 1000th post is coming up for me. I want to mark the occasion with a momentous posting. I want people to say; "Gee, that Buster's 1000th post was SHlT HOT!!" or "Wow! What a guy!", maybe not, but how have others marked such momentous occasions? Is there a hall of fame for significant posts? Does Danny have a secret forum for really clever posts?

Have I spent too long at the computer?

Well, you certainly deserve some kind of award for having an excellent username - makes me chuckle.

Maybe we should have a PPRuNe Oscars ceremony?

To be honest. I'm not sure of the purpose of the post count thing.

Just reminds me of how long I spend at my PC when I could be doing........something or other !

Thanks rats....This is one of the few sites that allow it's use!

Strange thing is that when Danny upgraded the server, we lost all of our previous posts, so I could be up to 1500 or so.

Mac, do u think a joke is in order? Something momentous & site banning perhaps? Something that will have me in the dock saying; "But, it was my 1000th posts, your Honour!"
