Cool From a former loyal Gill pax....

Congratulations and good luck.

As for BoS, took my business elsewhere on the basis that if, in a short sighted panic, they can bring down one viable business what is to stop them doing it again. Bankers!

WAHAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!

Fantastic news! You're an inspiration to all of us,HM!

Many congratulations, and a happy landing for every takeoff....just remember to take out that bit of blue card with the hole in it before you get in the pointy end - look thru it at the sky, and if they match, go fly!!

Congratulations Hug. Always wanted to fly the F-50. If it's half as good as the F-27, it's a great airplane.

Hugs, hope I didn't puncture your eardrum when you told me the good news.

You know, of all the pilots I have come to "know" via PPRuNe, there's no one who talks with more understanding about what we are up to back in the cabin.
Over the years here I have read a lot of cr*p about my work from supposed pilots. Even from some guys whom I know for a fact are airline pilots. Many pilots on PPRuNe view their FA's with thinly veiled contempt.
You are one of those who always stands up for the cabin crew on these pages. There's good and bad FA's, just like pilots.
A Captain like you, who understands what it takes to be a good flight attendant and who respects the job we do, is a pleasure and an inspiration to work with. I know, because there are many like you on our mainline; the friendly cooperation, the mutual respect between crew members and the relaxed atmosphere en-route is I believe, one of the strengths of our company.
You fit right in mate!

One word of caution though; beware the penny pinching habits of my countrymen! To get a pint out of our pilots is like trying to pluck feathers from a frog.

Can't wait to see your mug at the crew centre Huggie!
